Services
Good content doesn’t require you to become a writer. It requires someone who understands your work โ and can help you say it clearly.
Here’s how I can help.
Clarity Audit โ $97
Not sure where your writing actually stands? This is the place to start.
There are two ways in, depending on where you are:
If you’re starting fresh, or don’t feel confident yet putting your ideas into words, the intake is a Writing Lab โ a guided set of prompts designed to get you rambling honestly about your work, your ideas, and what you actually love doing. Most people take 30โ45 minutes. There’s no wrong answer. The goal is real, raw material โ the kind of honest language that makes for trustworthy writing. A lot of people find it clarifying on its own.
If you already have writing out in the world โ a blog, an essay, a chapter โ send that instead. I’ll work directly from what you’ve already made.
Either way, I send back a written response covering where you shine, what needs work, and two to three concrete next steps tailored to where you actually are. Not generic advice. Specific, doable things that move the needle.
If you’re just building your presence, those steps might look like: rewriting your about page in plain language, creating separate pages for different audiences, or adding a clear call to action to your homepage.
If you’re already writing regularly, they might look like: tightening your sense of who you’re actually writing for, adjusting your tone, or naming the idea you keep circling but haven’t quite landed yet.
Either way, you’ll leave with a clear picture of what to do next โ and why.
No call required. One follow-up round via email included.
Monthly Editing โ $450/month
This is for people who are ready to write consistently and want a real process behind it.
We start with a short 20-minute call to connect on your goals and voice. From there:
Step 1 โ Article Brief
Before you write anything, you submit a short brief: what you’re trying to say, who it’s for, a rough outline, and a couple of reference pieces (competitor articles, related essays, whatever’s relevant). I review it and give you the go-ahead โ or flag anything worth adjusting before you spend time writing.
Step 2 โ You Write
You write the draft. You know your field; that part stays with you.
Step 3 โ I Edit
I go through for clarity, structure, grammar, and a light fact-check. I’ll suggest a few title options and flag anything that might land differently than you intended.
Step 4 โ One Revision Pass
You review my edits, we do one clean revision round, and it’s ready to publish.
Two articles per month, up to 2,000 words each. Everything happens in writing, on a clear timeline.
Prefer to plan ahead? Add a 6-article content plan for $175. We map out your topics, angles, and briefs in one focused round so you’re never starting from scratch.
Working on something longer? โ Project-based
If you’re deep in a manuscript, a book, a course, or a larger body of work, I offer project-based editing scoped to what you’re actually working on. We start with a 30-minute call to connect on your goals and voice, then agree on scope and timeline before we begin.
Not sure which one is right for you?
Most people start with the audit. It’s low stakes, it’s useful on its own, and it gives us both a chance to see if working together makes sense.
