Services
Good content doesn’t require you to become a writer. It requires someone who understands your work โ and can help you say it clearly.
Here’s how I can help.
Content Audit โ $97
Not sure where to start with your content? This is the place.
The intake is a Content Writing Lab โ a guided set of prompts designed to get you rambling honestly about your work, your clients, and what you actually love doing. Most people take 30-45 minutes. There’s no wrong answer. The goal is real, raw material โ the kind of honest language that makes for trustworthy content. A lot of people find it clarifying on its own.
I send back a written response covering where you shine, what needs work, and two to three concrete next steps tailored to where you actually are. Not generic advice. Specific, doable things that move the needle for your practice.
If you’re just building your web presence, those steps might look like: rewriting your about page in plain language, creating separate pages for different audiences, or adding a clear call to action to your homepage.
If you’re already blogging, they might look like: tightening your target reader, adjusting your tone, or identifying the content gap your ideal client is searching for.
Either way, you’ll leave with a clear picture of what to do next โ and why.
No call required. One follow-up round via email included.
Monthly Blog Editing Retainer โ $450/month
This is for practitioners who are ready to blog consistently and want a real process behind it.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1 โ Article Brief
Before you write anything, you submit a short brief: your SEO target or the client question you’re answering, a rough outline, links to 3 competitor articles, and 1-2 research sources. I review it and give you the go-ahead โ or flag anything worth adjusting before you spend time writing.
Step 2 โ You Write
You write the draft. You know your field; that part stays with you.
Step 3 โ I Edit
I go through for clarity, structure, grammar, and a light fact-check. I’ll suggest a few title options and flag anything that might land differently than you intended.
Step 4 โ One Revision Pass
You review my edits, we do one clean revision round, and it’s ready to publish.
Two articles per month, up to 2,000 words each. Everything happens in writing, on a clear timeline.
Prefer to plan ahead? Add a 6-article content plan for $175. We map out your topics, angles, and briefs in one focused round so you’re never starting from scratch.
Not sure which one is right for you?
Most people start with the audit. It’s low stakes, it’s useful on its own, and it gives us both a chance to see if working together makes sense.
